Demo site · Real estate / property management
Oak & Key Property Group
Listings laid out like an agent’s own listing sheet — every figure a buyer compares, in one place.

A quiet, confident homepage: what the firm does, where it works, and what is on the market right now.
Who it is for
Built for a small brokerage that also manages rentals. Buyers comparing homes want the numbers side by side, and most brokerage sites bury them under lifestyle copy and icons.
How it works
02
Every card leads with the address and the price — rents shown per month, sale prices with the price per square foot worked out — and the specs labelled in words, not hidden behind icons.

03
Each listing carries the full fact sheet — MLS number, lot size, year built, parking, neighbourhood — with the enquiry form beside it, so the agent knows exactly which property someone is asking about.

On a phone
Buyers browse between showings, on a phone. The homepage keeps its order there: what the firm does, then the way into the listings.
Most of a small business’s customers arrive on a phone, and it is the view owners see least often.

What changes for yours
- Your brokerage name, logo and colours
- Your listings, entered through an editor you control
- Your agents, with their own direct lines
- Your property management services and fees
- Enquiries delivered straight to your inbox, tagged with the listing
What is made up in this demo
- Oak & Key is a made-up brokerage.
- The listings, addresses, MLS numbers and property photos are invented or stock.
- The testimonials, and the “$420M+”, “300+” and “< 4 hours” figures, are placeholders.
- The agents are shown as initials: the demo will not put a regulated title like Broker of Record beside a real person’s photograph.
Built with Next.js, Sanity, Tailwind, Resend. Every form sends to the owner’s inbox; there is no database to maintain unless the site genuinely needs one.
