Privacy Policy
This privacy policy applies to the One Breath game (hereby referred to as "Application") for mobile devices that was created by Joshua Makes (hereby referred to as "Service Provider") as a Free application with advertisements and optional in-app purchases. This service is intended for use "AS IS".
What information does the Application obtain and how is it used?
Information you provide
The Application does not require you to create an account or provide any personally identifiable information to play. There is no sign-up, no login, and no profile.
Information stored on your device
Your game progress — gem balance, best depth, total dives, gear tiers and levels, blueprint shards, and which tutorial tips you have already seen — is saved locally on your device only. It is not transmitted to the Service Provider and is deleted when you uninstall the Application.
AdMob and Data Collection
The Application uses Google AdMob to display optional rewarded video ads (for example, to revive a dive or double the gems you earned from a run). AdMob may collect certain information automatically, including, but not limited to, your IP address, device information, and usage data to provide personalized advertisements. In-App Purchases
The Application offers optional in-app purchases of gem packs. These transactions are handled entirely by the platform's billing system (Google Play Billing, or the App Store where applicable). The Service Provider does not receive, process, or store your payment card details. Purchases are governed by the store's own privacy policy and terms: Google Play.
Does the Application collect precise real-time location information of the device?
This Application does not collect precise information about the location of your mobile device.
Do third parties see and/or have access to information obtained by the Application?
While the Application does not collect personal data directly, it uses AdMob and the platform's billing service, which may collect and share data in accordance with their own privacy policies.
Data collected through AdMob may include:
- Device or other identifiers (e.g., Advertising ID)
- IP address
- App usage data
- Diagnostic data
What are my opt-out rights?
Rewarded ads in the Application are always optional — you are never required to watch one to keep playing, and declining an offer has no effect other than forgoing that reward. You can limit ad personalization at any time through your device settings (on Android, under Settings → Google → Ads). The Application also lets you erase your own saved progress at any time from the shop screen. You can stop all collection of information by the Application easily by uninstalling it, using the standard uninstall processes available as part of your mobile device or via the mobile application marketplace or network.
Children
The Application is not used to knowingly solicit data from or market to children under the age of 13.
The Service Provider does not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children. The Service Provider encourages all children to never submit any personally identifiable information through the Application and/or Services. The Service Provider encourages parents and legal guardians to monitor their children's Internet usage and to help enforce this Policy by instructing their children never to provide personally identifiable information through the Application and/or Services without their permission. If you have reason to believe that a child has provided personally identifiable information to the Service Provider through the Application and/or Services, please contact the Service Provider (info@joshuamakes.ca) so that they will be able to take the necessary actions. You must also be at least 16 years of age to consent to the processing of your personally identifiable information in your country (in some countries we may allow your parent or guardian to do so on your behalf).
Security
The Service Provider is concerned about safeguarding the confidentiality of your information. Because the Application keeps your progress on your own device and does not transmit personal information to the Service Provider, there is no server-side store of your data to be accessed by unauthorized individuals.
Changes
This Privacy Policy may be updated from time to time for any reason. The Service Provider will notify you of any changes to their Privacy Policy by updating this page with the new Privacy Policy. You are advised to consult this Privacy Policy regularly for any changes, as continued use is deemed approval of all changes.

By using the Application, you are consenting to the processing of your information as set forth in this Privacy Policy now and as amended by the Service Provider.
